Exploring a deeper practice within using pranayama, meditation, asana (strengthen, stability and mobility with flow and holds), mantra, mudra. All bodies welcome. Variations given to support your body, your practice.

STRETCH & RESTORE YOGA – WEDNESDAYS, 4:15 pm
A fusion of yin-like stretches and restorative yoga. A slow yoga class to reduce stress, and to help balance a busy and active lifestyle. Postures are mostly seated or reclined with longer holds and some use of supportive props to facilitate deep relaxation. All bodies welcome. Variations given to support your practice. Supports/props used as needed or preferred.

Flex passes for any classes (expiry 6 months from purchase, single person use only) – 10 classes for $130.

Classes – no refunds on class passes. Credit given if notice given 7 or more days before the series begins. No credits within 7 days of start.
Workshops – 2 weeks or more before the workshop, refund given less a $20 cancellation fee. One to 2 weeks before the workshop, 50% will be refunded. 7 days or less from start date of the workshop non-refundable, though may be transferable if you find someone to take your spot.
