Explore some deeper practices to cultivate and move prana (life force energy) through the body and mind. Practices include asana with flow and holds, pranayama, mantra and meditation and other yoga techniques to help you explore and deepen your practice. For those with stability in their postures and looking to enliven the energetic body and mind. (moderate-intermediate level)​

  • $40 for 4 classes


A fusion of slow movement, yin-like stretching and restorative yoga. Receive health benefits of yoga without intense effort, reduce stress, and help balance a busy and active lifestyle. After some slow movement to start, postures are mostly seated or reclined and some use supportive props to facilitate deep relaxation. (All levels welcome)

Session/series pass – as noted above

Flex passes – 10 classes for $120, temporary 5 class passes for $65

Drop-in – $15

** if you are out of work or have financial constraints – pay what you can.

Cancellation: 2 weeks or more before the workshop, full refund. One to 2 weeks before the workshop, 50% will be refunded. One week and closer to the start date of the workshop the total tuition is non-refundable, though may be transferable if you find someone to take your spot.
